- DCDennis ChanApr 4, 20262.0Used this grooming service a few times, but my recent visit was disappointing. Appointments have been rescheduled at short notice before, which makes planning difficult. This time, I requested a standard grooming but was charged for a signature service due to miscommunication. The grooming result was also below expectations — the trimming around the neck and upper body was uneven and lacked a smooth finish. Overall, inconsistent communication and quality.

I gave my dog medication I had to get prescribed from the vets for no reason. The person who rang didn’t say sorry and just said “we didn’t know until now”

There have been a number of incidents where appointments have been cancelled at the last minute, or I've turned up and there's been no record of my appointment - despite me receiving texts to confirm the appointment. I book my appointments at the beginning of the year to ensure she has a regular groom. My appointment was due on Saturday 14th feb and today I got a whatsapp to cancel. Stating please reply to this email to reschedule or look online. I replied no one got back to me. Tried to call them a number of times and no answer. Called the main pets at home store and managed to speak to someone at the groom room who was very unhelpful and didn't even apologise. Just kept saying we've got someone off sick longterm. If they're long term sick, why have i only been notified of it 4 days in advance of my appointment? It gives me no time to find another appointment. I'll be finding a new groomer and taking my custom else where. Very very poor
